The iPhone 3GS opens applications up to 2 times faster than its predecessor whilst loading web pages is also much quicker. 3D graphics support promises faster, more complex gaming and an intergrated digital compass makes turn by turn navigation a possibility with a Tom Tom app set to be available on the App store. The iPhone 3GS also gets an upgraded camera with 3 Megapixels, Autofocus and touch focus, the long overdue video capture feature and 8GB of internal memory.
